AEVYRIUM / Intelligent systems
AI systems research & engineering

Intelligence with defined boundaries.

AEVYRIUM is designed to expand the useful work of AI while preserving human control over consequential decisions, private information, external tools and production systems.

PROTECTIVE DESIGN

Seven core safeguards.

01

Human-rooted authority

Explicit identity verification and approved scopes; specialist agents do not assume unlimited corporate or financial authority.

02

Least privilege and isolation

Deny-by-default tool access, permissioned datasets, separated secrets, role restrictions and per-operation allowlists.

03

Privacy and consent

Protect private records, prevent unnecessary data sharing and review uses of personally identifiable or regulated information.

04

Evidence provenance

Document model/data versions, sources, uncertainty, prompt and tool decisions when appropriate for review.

05

Financial and physical limits

Require human confirmation for purchases, contracts, bank actions, infrastructure changes, physical-device operation and irreversible outcomes.

06

Audit, monitoring and rollback

Log authorized actions, detect anomalies, support environment isolation and provide emergency revocation.

07

Release and safety gates

Pass tests, security reviews, domain-specific checks, staged rollout and explicit owner release approval before deployment.

SAFETY BY DOMAIN

Different fields require different oversight.

Healthcare and genomics

Education and research use must be distinguished from regulated diagnosis, treatment or clinical decisions.

Finance and transactions

Modeling and recommendations are not authority to initiate transfers, create debt, sell securities or sign agreements.

Robotics and infrastructure

Require simulation and physical fail-safe validation before any real actuation or critical-system integration.

Software and security

Use vetted code, scoped service credentials, build reproducibility, logging and emergency rollback.

STATE OF IMPLEMENTATION

Policy design is not proof of production enforcement.

Engineering disclosure: Source code contains policy and guardrail components, but production enforcement, live permissions, independent adversarial tests and every release configuration require their own verifiable evidence.
